Bad Feng Shui in the Bedroom

As a palate-cleanser after my recent Garden series I thought I’d have some fun with egregiously Bad Bedroom Feng Shui.

These pictures come from major design magazines — you definitely can’t trust them to have your good chi energy in mind!

  1. The rustic look…can ‘t imagine it’s good feng shui to have dead animal parts in your bedroom either.

  5. Hi Ann!

The antlers are an especially bad idea if you live on the west coast… unless, of course, you want to be impaled by them during an earthquake!

  6. Thanks everyone for the comments!! Sorry it took me so long to notice them — my blog comments system has changed and it took me awhile to catch up. Stay tuned for more Feng Shui — the good, the bad, and the ugly :)

  8. Wow — I hadn’t even thought of that. In general Feng Shui doesn’t like heavy things over beds — probably for this very reason!

  9. Yes — bad chi all around. It’s not the #1 thing on designers’ minds, that’s for sure. Thanks for the comment!
