Like pretty much everyone else, Starbucks has been going through trying times recently, closing stores, revamping menus, and overhauling existing stores.
I was interested to see one big change in my local store last week, which made me think that someone must be “thinking Feng Shui” as they redecorate. Here’s a photo:

These flower pots provide nice dose of Feng Shui in a couple of ways: the healthy plants bring in the Wood element which is all about growth & vitality, something that’s definitely on the company’s mind right now.
And they’ve been placed on the counter right in the middle of the store in beautiful yellow terracotta pots, this Earth element provides an excellent “grounding” influence.
If you’re looking for ways to bring positive influences into your workspace, healthy plants in beautiful containers are an excellent way to go!
