In Feng Shui, abundance stems from gratitude.
Drawing abundance to yourself is connected to recognizing the people, events and things you’re grateful for, which is why the daily ritual of writing in a Gratitude Journal is such a powerful tool.
The gratitude you honor in writing energizes your abundance.
Creating a Gratitude Journal transformed my life many years ago.
The Thanksgiving holiday that year was a chaotic, depressing time and I found myself wondering what, exactly, I had to be thankful for.
At dinner that night each of us was asked to mention at least one thing we were grateful for in that moment.
The idea suddenly hit me to actually write these things down.
Over the next several nights I did exactly that on scrap paper at first, and eventually a notebook that I still treasure.
As I began to recognize the many things for which I felt grateful, I breathed more easily and made emotional space for the life I desired.
Setting up a Gratitude Journal couldn’t be simpler. Give yourself the gift of a small notebook and pen to keep near your bed.
Each night just before you turn out the light, make a list of the things you’re most grateful for in that moment. Write down at least five things, every night.
With a Gratitude Journal you create the wealth of positive energy and I guarantee: you’ll soon find your life transformed: calmer, richer, and more beautiful.
Do you already write in a Gratitude Journal? What has been your experience?
