For instance, have you ever heard of the “Buyer” and “Seller” sectors of the Feng Shui Bagua Map?
The “Buyer” sector is also called Travel & Helpful People and is located in the front right of your house or property.
This sector represents two important aspects of your sale:
- It helps attract your ideal buyer — your ultimate “helpful person” when you are selling your home.
- It also represents your broker, your banker and your real estate stager, for instance: the the other Helpful People you need to sell your home.
Since this area is associated with the Metal element, activate its Chi energy with metal objects like wind chimes (outdoors) or a beautiful metal bowl filled with lovely stones. This would also be the spot for placing your “For Sale” sign if you have one.
The “Seller” sector is also known as Wealth & Abundance, in the rear left-hand portion of your home.
- This area represents you, the Seller. Why are you selling? What kind of home are you moving to? When will you move? Your current home will sell more quickly when you achieve a sense of separation from it, so write out your hopes, dreams and reasons for selling to create your new reality, faster.
Be sure to place an lush, healthy plant or other beautiful object in this area to represent the abundant life you wish for the next occupant of your home.
