Ann on HGTV

My Feng Shui appearance on HGTV’s hit show “Selling NY” happens TOMORROW, Jan 7, 2014!

HGTV and Core Real Estate brought me in last spring to apply Feng Shui principles to the real-estate staging of a glamorous Manhattan penthouse that’s on the market.

During the episode I tour the empty and somewhat forlorn apartment, evaluate its Feng Shui, and work with the broker and real-estate stagers to bring the best Feng Shui into the sales mix.

It’s all about using Feng Shui principles to attract the highest-quality buyer.

I hope you’ll tune in! Here’s the link to the “Living Well” episode tomorrow morning at 7am on HGTV.

I hope you have as much fun watching as it was to make 🙂

I have a daughter who is a mom and is 44 yrs old. She suffered a massive stroke on July 3rd and I am wondering if there is anything I can do for her Feng Shui wise to bring her back to us. She can speak and has her memory in tact but she cannot move her left side. Can you help me

Betty, I am so sorry to hear this. Taking care of all the Feng Shui bedroom basics will definitely help: make sure her bed is in the Command Position, place uplifting art around her and so on. Using green in the furnishings will bring the in Wood element for growth and healing. You may also wish to place a healthy, vital plant in the room to encourage healing. I send you my very best Chi blessings at this difficult time.
