The Feng Shui Bagua Map Manual

Have you ever felt like your house was just off? Like something was missing, but you couldn't quite put your finger on it? If any of this sounds familiar, you may need to give your home a feng shui makeover.

You can start your journey by using a Bagua map. It is used in feng shui to help you understand the energy of your space and how to align it for good fortune. Psychic reading can also provide valuable insights into the energy of your space and how it is affecting your life. A psychic can tap into the spiritual realm to provide guidance on how to optimize the energy flow in your home or office.

What Is a Bagua Map and What Is It Used For?

The Feng Shui Bagua tells you which living area is correlated to what aspect of your life. It identifies the life areas where adjustments are needed.

The Bagua Map is Feng Shui’s way of bringing the power of your intention to your health, intimate relationships, money matters, and more.  It helps you bring good Chi energy to your life's important parts.

An eight-sided energy map, the Bagua is an ancient and profound instrument with almost limitless implications.

The map gives you specific ways to enhance the energy of life sectors that need your attention.

The map also lets you find out the energy imbalances in your home. (Yes, it exists and entirely messes up your life as well!)

Aspects Of the Bagua Map

The map includes the following aspects of your life;

  • Wealth and Prosperity
  • Relationship
  • Career
  • Knowledge
  • Family
  • Creativity and Children
  • Helpful People and Travel
  • Fame
  • Health

Each area is represented by a different color on the Bagua Map, indicating the five elements of Feng Shui. The five elements are:

  • Fire
  • Water
  • Wood
  • Metal
  • Earth

Representation and Enhancements for Each Bagua Area

Since the Bagua can have such a powerful effect on your life, it’s essential to use it carefully and correctly.

There are different methods to apply the Bagua Map. But the most popular is aligning it to your floor plan. There are a few steps to do it.

  • Draw your floor plan on a piece of paper.
  • Mark the front hallway in the floor plan.
  • Divide the floor plan into 9 sections.

To use the map, align the entry to your home with the bottom of the map. Your entryway will align with the Travel & Helpful People, Career/Life Journey, or Knowledge & Self-Cultivation area.

Marc, your comment is 100% relatable as every home is going to have its own directional orientation depending on building and such so ultimately as you stand at the entrance of your house, you will get a sense of where the energy is gathered most. Where do you spend the most time, where is the most natural light, where in the house do you feel the most attracted to, your intuition matters greatly and will guide you in the right direction. Remember ultimately it’s all in the intentions. What you believe matters most.

Our home isn’t oriented the way it explains in the description. The four corners are the opposite of what it describes. Our front left quadrant (wealth) is in the SW and the front right quadrant (relationships) in the NW. Our rear left quadrant (knowledge) is in the SE and travel is in the NE. The building cannot be re-oriented. Does this matter greatly?
