Travel & Helpful People: How Feng Shui Keeps You Connected

Filed Under: Feng Shui's Bagua Map Tagged With: Business Feng Shui, Feng Shui for the Office, Feng Shui for Travel, Success, Travel & Helpful People

On Feng Shui’s Bagua energy map, the Travel & Helpful People area seems to puzzle people the most.

You may well ask, “Why are these two ideas bundled together in one area, and what’s in it for me?”

Despite its odd name, this area is actually one of the most important on the Bagua because it’s about making essential life connections.

Without “Travel” you can’t connect with “Helpful People.”

Feng Shui Helpful People
Traveling with one of my favorite Helpful People (my husband!)

If you’re looking to make great things happen, there’s a good chance you’ll need Helpful People to succeed.

And it’s generally necessary to go out in the world to meet those people, as well as those who need your help and support.

So if it’s time to bring some new people into your life, energize and enhance this area (the inside right corner of your space).

Place items here that

  • evoke the people and outcomes you desire:
  • symbolize folks who have helped you or whom you have helped;
  • the kind of support you are seeking;
  • places you’ve enjoyed or look forward to visiting.

I’ve seen great things happen — for myself and my clients — when attention is lavished upon this all-important area.

Learn MUCH more about how to bring “Helpful People energy” into your life in my new video class, Receiving Support In Business & Life With Feng Shui.

      Cindy — thanks for your comment and I’m sooo glad you enjoy the posts! You’re not silly 😉 — the reason I wrote this post is that this area is one of the harder ones to understand. A pic of your husband would be fabulous here, or something that reminds you of all the help and support you receive from him. Let me know what you decide to do!

    Ann – That area is actually my attached garage. Not sure what to do about that. My car is in that space of course and that helps me travel. I love your posts as well!

    I am living on second, floor of a house. I would like to enhance my career and travel area in my bedroom and in travel and career corner there is wardrobe .Is there any suggestion?

      Hello Durdana,
      A wardrobe or closet needs to be attended to just like any other part of your home. Make sure the wardrobe is tidy and only contains things you love, use or need. Then, place a Feng Shui enhancement for these sectors inside the closet, perhaps attaching pictures to the wall that represent your goals in these areas so that they don’t take up any more space. Try to position them so that you can see them when you open the wardrobe door.
