The Many Benefits Of “Laughing Qigong”

Filed Under: Fun & Fascinating Feng Shui, Living Feng Shui Tagged With: Feng Shui & Sleep, Feng Shui & Stress, Feng Shui for Good Health, Personal Growth

Have you ever attended a “Laughing Qigong” class?

I (hesitantly) went to my first one recently and happily discovered its many benefits beyond the unassailable joys of helping you to laugh and laugh.

A Laughing Qigong session makes your entire body sing with happiness.

It’s wonderful Feng Shui for your body, creating positive energy that helps you heal more easily, let go of stress, and even get a better night’s sleep.

These deep belly laughs lift your inner Chi, stimulating you inside and out without the need for comedy or jokes.

In fact the exercises have been found to do so much good that they’ve been introduced to bring positive Chi to places like prisons and cancer wards. After having taken this class I am convinced of the good Laughing Qigong can do in such complicated settings.

Here are a few photos of our group enjoying the class; you can spot me on the left in the front row below.

It’s the most upbeat class I’ve ever attended.

What do you think – would you like to try Laughing Qigong?
